Facade Restoration (Historic Brownstone)
Managed the restoration of a historic brownstone façade by conducting a thorough assessment of existing conditions and replacing deteriorated elements with custom precast stone carefully matched to the original architectural design.
All work was performed in compliance with New York City landmark preservation requirements, ensuring the building’s historic character was fully maintained.
The installation of new cantilevered architectural precast stone elements required performing anchor pull tests to verify structural stability and ensure proper load-bearing capacity of the new components.






Comprehensive Building Renovation and Structural Upgrade
Managed the transformation of an existing marble-clad building through full gut rehabilitation, facade restoration, structural improvements, and a new floor addition, while also adding a cantilevered balcony to expand usability and elevate the design.






Facade Restoration (Brick Masonry & Limestone)
Managed the restoration of a residential building clad in masonry brick with limestone window surrounds on 66th Street.
The project included a comprehensive investigation of the entire façade to ensure compliance with New York City Façade Inspection & Safety Program (FISP) requirements.
Scope of work involved the replacement of cracked natural limestone at window headers, selective replacement of deteriorated brick masonry, and installation of new steel lintels at various locations to restore structural integrity and ensure long-term performance.






New Building Construction (Foundation & Structure)
Led foundation and structural support work for a new building in a constrained site. Installed deep foundation piles to bedrock to ensure long-term stability. Implemented protective systems to support surrounding buildings during construction and reinforced neighboring foundations where needed. Completed construction of a new reinforced concrete structure






Facade & Structural Restoration (Historic Marblestone)
Managed the façade and structural restoration of a historic marble-clad building at Columbus Circle.
Identified deficiencies from prior improper repairs, along with damaged and cracked marble units, which required corrective restoration. Repairs included the installation of Dutchman stone repairs and application of compatible stone patching materials to match the existing conditions and preserve the building’s historic fabric.
Scope of work also included the replacement of deteriorated marble sections using Dutchman repair techniques and LPC-approved stone patch repair mortar to ensure compliance with landmark preservation standards.
During the investigation, corroded structural steel elements were discovered. Reinforcement of the existing steel was recommended, and as Project Manager, led the coordination and installation of structural reinforcements to restore stability and extend the service life of the façade system.






Facade Restoration for Residential High-Rise Building – East 61st Street
Led the investigation and assessment of deteriorated facade elements, including spalled concrete surfaces, damaged glass windows, and compromised railing systems.
Repairs included concrete restoration utilizing Sika repair products, installation of modified steel angles to reinforce balcony railing posts, and replacement of damaged glass windows.
